BOM Staff Outdoor Training and Team Building Summary

博盟员工外部拓展培训成果报告

培训是企业给予员工最大的福利,公司把人才的培养置于业务之上,秉承着“博聚天下、盟结四海”的人力资源发展理念,全力建造创新型人才团队,以实实在在的投入来支撑着员工的成长和进步,为企业和社会培养优秀的人才。

博盟公司认为,一支具有超强创造力的人才团队,其每个成员所应具备的素质应当由两个维度构成,第一维度是能力模块,第二维度是价值观模块,我们不仅要赋予每位成员最专业的技能,还应当帮助大家培养正确的价值观,两个维度互相制约又相互支撑,但价值观的培养比能力的培养要难,只有通过不断的对话、冲突、感悟、统一等方式才能有效的形成一套主流的价值观体系,当然,通过拓展培训的方式,无疑是培养员工能力和价值观的最佳途径。

2016年821日,博盟在绍兴兰亭国家森林公园举行为期一天的外部拓展培训,此次拓展培训的主题为“战国争雄”,是培训机构为我公司团队成长需求而专门开发的系列课程。

早上7:30到达森林公园后,培训老师把我们分成三组,进行了“破冰活动”,每个人能以“鸡蛋-小鸡-大鸡-凤凰”形式进化,经过简单的热身游戏,我们彼此之间消除了原有的尴尬及隔阂,在这个环节里面没有领导,没有下属,没有等级之分,人人平等,让每个人凭能力和水平晋升,让每位参与者切身体会到成长的快乐与职位晋升的喜悦,唤醒我们内心中早已沉睡的梦想,让我们明白了人生追求的意义。

紧接着,我们又随机组队分别组成“秦、楚、魏”等若干个国家,并给各自的队伍设计了八字口号及国歌,然后培训导师带领我们穿越到了春秋时期。第二个游戏“神笔马良”也随之进行,每队派10人每人抓住一根两米长的细线末端,团队成员分别通过线来控制一支大毛笔,1人指挥10人书写自己国家的国名及口号。各支队伍分别在各自国君的带领下完成了任务,楚国以出色的书法获得了本游戏的第一名。各国分别派人上台发言总结,这个环节重在打造团队的凝聚力,团队中任何一个人都将影响到结果。从最终结果来看,成绩优秀的团队有统一的动作指令,有着明确的任务分工,有着清晰的执行计划和路径,有着及时准确的协调机制。本环节看似一个简单游戏,实际上则是日常团队管理的一个鲜活案例。

第三个游戏是“存亡关口”, 用时最少的队伍获胜,此游戏由五个小项目组成,分别是“步步为营、移形幻影、卓越圈、排山倒海、我们是最棒的团队”等,各个国家展开竞争,五个项目串联完成,用时最短的团队获胜,此游戏考验的是各国的创新能力、团队合作能力、制度执行力以及各国成员的灵活性,各国需要在老师制定的规则下进行创新,把这五个项目按各国认为最节省时间的组合排列进行。这个环节很好的阐释了企业经营中该如何有效地控制成本,如何进行最佳的资源配置,领导者如何制定最优统筹策略,如何在业务中制订最佳的路径流程,以及创新思维的重要性等知识,让每位参与者都深受启发。

第四个游戏是“七巧板”,各国分别分成七个小组,每个小组都分别获得一张任务指令以及五块七巧板,规定各小组之间相互不能传递信息,只有第七组可以走动帮助其他小组从别处调来所需物资。看似很简单的一个经营沙盘模拟游戏,其实隐含着整个公司的运作体系。一个团队分成七个工作组,模拟企业中不同部门或者各个分支机构,通过团队完成一系列复杂的任务,体验沟通,团队合作,信息共享,资源配置,创新观念,高效思维,领导风格,科学决策等管理主题,系统整合团队。各个部门貌似做着各自部门所布置的任务,其实整个大环境还是我们博盟大家庭,第七组成员是各国的最高管理者,掌控着整体的任务进程及资源分配,当公司订单进来时,把客户的要求准确传达到各部门手中,各部门紧密衔接配合,在规定的时间内完成工作,共同把公司及个人的利益最大化。

第五个游戏是“争雄天下”,各个国家分别用现有材料搭炮台、填充炮弹(水球),各国以最佳兵力配置争夺财富,战国争霸战打响,在本环节中各国家之间既合作又竞争,每一个动作都蕴含着团队的智慧和力量,将本次培训学习热情推向了最高峰。

经过紧张、激烈、热闹的争霸战,楚国以战胜国取得霸主地位,统一六国,楚国国君周俊受封登基。

通过此次公司的外部拓展学习,每位成员全力参与,积极思考,认真总结,不仅锻炼了思维,收获了思路和方法,更通过系统的管理学实践来汲取到了知识;同时端正了学习态度,增强了团队意识,强化了责任心,给各参训人员赋予了强烈的主动性和进取心,从而为企业打造团队凝聚力夯实了基础。

BOM Staff  Outdoor Training and Team Building Summary

Training is the greatest treasure to employees. BOM has always been sticking to the “Talent first” human resources development concept and putting the employees training above all the importance. BOM is devotedly in building innovative talent team and proud of cultivating outstanding talents to both the company and the society.

BOM firmly believes that a talent should own two kinds of qualities which are abilities and values. We should not only equip each one with professional skills but also with right values. The two qualities should restrain and support each other. While the cultivation of values is much difficult than abilities.  The best way to cultivate staff abilities and values are through training like continuous discussion, confrontation, self-examination and unification etc.

BOM held an one-day outdoor training themed "Warring Heroes" in Shaoxing Lanting National Forest Park on August 21st, 2016. The courses were specially designed by a training institution for BOM team building.

We arrived at the forest park at 7:30 am. The training teacher divided us into three groups and carried out the first game to let everyone get acquainted to each other. After a simple warm-up game, the original embarrassment and estrangement between group members were eliminated. The game was aimed at letting everyone experiencing the joy of achievement. Everyone was equal in the game. And you could win the game if you were good enough. The game made us understand the meaning of our pursuit.

Then the teacher randomly divided everyone into teams named after Warring State countries like Qin, Chu and Wei etc. And each team had their team slogan and theme song. The second game was dated back to Warring State period. Each team assigned eleven members, ten to hold a two-meter-long thin rope and one to instruct the other ten to write down the team name and slogan with a big brush controlled by the ropes. Each team carried out the game successfully under their team leader’s instructions, and team Chu won the first prize with an outstanding performance. Then each team appointed a member to talk about the feelings about the game. They all concluded that the game was all about teamwork. And from the result of the game, we can also see the importance of teamwork. The winner team had followed up the instructions and cooperated well. The complicated daily team management can simply be reflected from this game.

The third game was competing for survival. The competition consisted of five small games and each team competed one game after another, and the team costing least time would be the winner. The competition would test each team’s innovation, teamwork, execution ability and flexibility. Each team need to come up with the most time-saving arrangements for the five games. This competition explained how to effectively control costs, how to best to allocate resources, how to develop optimal co-ordination strategies, how to develop the best path processes in business, and how to think distinctively. And each participant was deeply inspired after the competition.

The fourth competition was called "jigsaw puzzle". Each team was divided into seven groups, and each group was assigned with a task and five jigsaw puzzle.The groups could not pass the messages around each other, but the seventh group could walk around to help other groups exchange the jigsaw puzzle. It seemed like a simple sand table simulation game. In fact, it implied a company's operating system. The team was divided into seven working groups, which simulated the different departments or branches in the enterprise. And the team finished a series of complex tasks through communication, teamwork, information sharing, resource allocation, innovative ideas, efficient thinking, leadership instruction and scientific decision etc. It was the same in the BOM. All the departments seemed doing the tasks about their own, but it was all about bettering BOM. The seventh group was like the managements in a company, who need to allocate the resource properly and pass the customers' requirements accurately to different departments. Only each department closely coordinated with another can maximize the interests of companies and individuals.

The fifth game was competing for wealth and land between teams. Each team should use the existing materials to strengthen their team and try the best to win the competition. In this game, the teams competed while cooperated with each other, which showed wisdom and strength of the team. Everyone was very enthusiastic about the training.

After the intense, fierce and competitive games, Team Chu won the training and was credited with prize.

Through the outdoor training, each member had their energetically participation, positive thinking and conscientiously summary, which not only cultivated their thinking patterns, but also increased their experiences through the field practice. At the same time, it corrected one's attitude, enhanced the team consciousness, strengthened the sense of responsibility, which deeply consolidated the foundation of BOM's future development.
