BOM and Zoje have a long-term foundation of cooperation, customizing integrated bearings and providing key core technology accessories for them. The inspection team is led by Mr. Li Dong, Deputy General Manager of Zoje. The inspection is mainly divided into the following three stages:

Garden Factory Tour: 01The BOM Garden style factory is arranged according to the season. Although the summer is scorching, the small bridges, flowing water, and summer lotus are in full bloom, and the scenery remains unchanged. 02 Workshop survey: This time, Mr. Wang Xunwu, the chairman of the company, will lead a team to visit the research and development workshop, production workshop, and assembly workshop. 03 New Workshop Visit: The BOM New Workshop is in the process of intense preparation. The new workshop adopts top-notch production equipment in the industry, organizes integrated production lines, and achieves high automation and digitization.

BOM is currently the first non-standard customized demonstration factory for bearings in the province and the largest textile machinery bearing production enterprise in China. With the strong development of the enterprise, the second phase of the factory has established the most advanced and intelligent automated production line in the industry. In terms of innovation and research and development in automated production, BOM has established a dedicated research and development team. Currently, the intelligent warehousing system that matches the automated production line is also about to be put into use. With nearly ten million sets of warehouses in stock, only a few people on duty are needed to achieve fully automated operations for the warehousing and outbound of materials in the entire warehouse. At the same time, the third phase of the BOM project has been launched, and once fully completed and put into operation, it will become the strongest non-standard bearing production enterprise in the province.

During this visit, Chairman Wang Xunwu of BOM introduced our company's location, transportation, corporate culture, and development plan to the inspection team. He reviewed the cooperation products between the two parties in the early stage, and emphasized the introduction of new product solutions in the sewing industry.
